TOP FLORIDA's Villa Pelican Point is just perfect for those who seek to seriously relax. This warm and happy villa convinces with a time-proven floor plan offering two living/TV areas. But who would want to be indoors when I bet everyone will be poolside! Meet for drinks at the patio bar while the chef grills steaks to perfection. Hang out by, or better yet, in the pool. Soak in the world-famous Cape Coral sunsets!

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
