Brand New Home & All Furnishings with Heated Pool- Low Fees! Enjoy a hassle free stay in this brand new home with all new furnishings. Take a dip in the heated pool, which is fully screened, and with the southern exposure you and your guests can soak up the warm Florida sun! The pool temp is kept at a consistent 85 degrees for your enjoyment. Or sip a cocktail and relax on the oversized 28’ long lanai featuring sliding doors which fully pocket for true indoor/outdoor living. Unlike many homes in Cape Coral, there’s still plenty of space to enjoy the outside yard area for games as well. When the sun goes down, turn on the pool light or even the beautiful string lights which surround the entire space! Just inside you’ll find an open concept, fully equipt kitchen & eating area featuring new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a large family sized kitchen table and counter bar eating space. Vaulted ceilings connect the kitchen/dining area with the living room which also features new furnishings, a 75” smart TV with the ability to stream from your own accounts, as well as a queen pull-out sofa. High speed internet for your devices! The primary bedroom offers a king bed, plenty of storage, a 58” smart TV, and a luxurious double shower head walk-through style shower & soaking tub and dual vanities. This bedroom also offers sliding doors to the lanai and a desk if you must mix work and pleasure! Two of the other bedrooms offer queen beds, and one offers and full bed plus a roll out cot for additional sleeping space. Additionally, there are two more smart TVs which are 58” and 43”. The main bath offer a granite vanity, tiled tub/shower, and a private door for the toilet room. This bathroom leads directly out to the pool/lanai for convenience. This home has been thoughtfully planned for families wishing to spend time in beautiful Southwest Florida. It has been tastefully decorated, and purposefully equipt for our short or long term guests. â˜€ïžđŸŒŽ
The home is located within minutes of so many conveniences: grocery stores, restaurants, boat ramp, water park, splash pad, mini golf, movie theater, kayak rentals, parks, and the list goes on

đŸš€đŸŒŠRent a boat and spend the day exploring the expansive canal system, The Caloosahatchee, Matlache Pass and ultimately The Gulf of Mexico. Or jump in the car and head to the beach - Sanibel is always a top choice or Boca Grande Pass is just as beautiful!

There is a lot to do outside The Cape as well - Fort Myers is just a 20-30 minute drive or head north to Punta Gorda’s Fisherman’s Village.

This is a perfect place for a getaway whether you just stay put at the house or go out and explore!

Short Getaway

The property is exactly as listed. It was very clean and smelled great. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of high quality towels available and some beach chairs/cooler. The neighborhood was close to stores and restaurants. The neighbors were respectful but if you are looking for privacy, this location may not be for you. There are trees that will eventually create some privacy but for now you will see some families enjoying the beautiful sun. In all honesty, there was so much to do, we barely saw the neighbors! The host family was great at answering questions and responding to messages. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends!

A Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house was very clean, spacious and had lots of thoughtful touches to make our time there fun, easy and very comfortable. We loved the pool area! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great stay with great hosts!

This home was beautiful, well furnished and located in a great central area. The pool was the perfect temperature 24/7 and our kids really enjoyed the outdoor space. The home is located near plenty of shops, wholesale clubs etc. Communication with the hosts was smooth and clear, check-in and check-out were very easy. I love this property and location, this was the perfect stay for a last minute family vacation and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
