Ultimate Escape sits in a central SE Cape Coral location, putting guests within quick reach of the area's shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The location makes it easy to find Cape Coral's downtown dining scene, nature parks, SunSplash waterpark, or golf courses. Local beaches in Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva are about 30 minutes by car while Yacht Club Beach is within 15 minutes.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, streaming TV. En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and soap, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- The top bunk bed is not suitable for adults.
- Garage not available for guest use.

Great Location, Perfect Family Property

Perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Well outfitted kitchen, nice grill. The pool was the perfect temp! Conveniently located near beaches, Sanibel Island, & other local hotspots. What a great getaway.

The pool was fantastic! The house could use some updates (living room furniture and outdoor patio furniture) the a/c in the master bedroom not adequate, was very warm at night.The host was very accommodating especially on very short notice of rental.There were numerous restaurants nearby, we loved Fish Tales, FINS and how close the grocery store was.
