The hosts were very nice and on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and the water view made it for a perfect vacation!

Our experience

We were very pleased with our stay. The property manager worked well with us in rescheduling due to medical reasons. The view was amazing. The only minor issue we had were ants. There was an ant problem. They even got a hold of our new fresh cupcakes that we purchased from lady cakes bakery. Thank you again for having us and hope to do business with you guys sooner.

Overall good, but property needs some repairs and attention

Good. This was our 4th stay in Cape Coral in past 3 years so have a good sense of properties. This property was internally clean, but it needs attention. Same check-in issues as at least 2 other reviewers mentioned, so need to replace the key code boxes. Be prepared to wait outside until manager/owner arrives. Bad leak in the garage when it rains which has clearly been there a while based on water stains. So many of the lights don't work or need replacing. I don't think there was a single light fixutre that had all bulbs working. Dining room windows had no blinds or window dressing (though the fixtures were left for whenever it gets ordered). There was no dining table (though it was explained last guest broke it). Bugs and lizards a problem inside. Needs external powerwashing. Lots of little problems; property clearly has experienced wear and tear of being a short term rental and needs some attention.

Nice home with beautiful surroundings.

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is located on a canal in a wonderful location that is close to many stores, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, and is great for those morning or evening strolls. The view from the back, whether enjoying the pool or just relaxing under the covered lanai, was spectacular. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning of the stay. We were emailed the incorrect key code for the door and had to contact the management company late at night to get the correct code. The other item was we went the the grocery store the following morning only to come back to see that the management company had sent their maintenance guy to pressure was the pool enclosure (screen) and back patio. By the time he was done, the afternoon storms had rolled in and we lost the opportunity to use the pool that day. The day after that, the maintenance guy came back to clean out the dryer vent line. However, after those first two days, there were no further interruptions and we were able to relax the remainder of our stay. All in all, it is a nice property and we left refreshed and relaxed.

SO PEACEFUL

This is the first time we have stayed somewhere and really felt at home. There was a leak issue but it was fix IMMEDIATELY, Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Fishing was good. Good catfish caught with microwaved hot dogs! And our dog loved it too! The board on the wall was really helpful and cool. Thank you!

Great place for families!

This was a great property! It was clean and had the amenities available as stated in the description. The house was comfortable and spacious. The property owners were friendly. The only issue we had was the code would not work when we arrived and we were given no contact number in case something like this happened. This was quite frustrating. I ended up using google to find the property management company phone number. I was able to reach a maintenance person and after trying 3 different codes we were finally able to get in. The gentleman a spoke to was very helpful and polite. After that initial stressful moment the rest of the stay was fantastic! The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The pool and hot tub worked great! I would recommend providing future guests with a contact number to reach in case the code does not work upon entry.
