"Suite dolce Vita" is an elegant and luxurious suite with a private terrace overlooking the sea and a wonderful view.

Large bedroom and living room with sea view, a small kitchen, separate and equipped, a nice bathroom with a large shower.

The private terrace, furnished with all the comforts, overlooks the marina, and enjoys views of Vesuvius, Ischia and the Amalfi Coast.

You can sunbathe, enjoy the sunset or dine by candlelight.

Double entrance, newly renovated with luxury finishes and furnishings.

A few steps away the famous Funicular that in six minutes leads to "Piazzetta": the "Salotto di Capri" with its exclusive shopping.

This unit is part of an old restored Napoleonic Guardhouse Fort.

Discreet luxury, strategic location, excellent accessibility, independence, great charm, a breathtaking view with a terrace right on the sea overlooking the Marina Grande of Capri.

To make the holiday more comfortable, a local housekeeper will give service to the house an hour every day and you can give you your time preference at the booking moment.

The son of the housekeeper, Capitain Luca, has a very nice “Gozzo”.

The area of the port in “Marina Grande” is very lively during the day and in the evening becames quiet and full of suggestion with its typical little bars and restaurants “pieds dans l’eau”.

A minute walking distance from the house you find all you need: a minimarket, a gourmet and delicatessen, ice cream shops and irresistible bakeries and byke and scooters rentals.


Capri can be experienced in many ways, offers extraordinary opportunities; for those who love walking there are magnificent routes, more or less demanding, for those interested in visiting archaeological hightlites and artistic sites, there are plenty proposals: Villa Iovis (Emperor Tiberius), Villa Fersen, La Certosa di San Giacomo, Villa San Michele (Axel Aunthe), the beautiful churches of Santo Stefano and Santa Sofia and much more.

Beautiful stay!

Lovely, conveniently located property. Very close to the port, which makes it super easy for taking ferries, yet completely quiet. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. The views are amazing! Would love to stay here again, and highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay! The suite is in a great location and communication for check in and check out was so easy. The suite is beautiful with a great view of the marina and walking distance from many shops. Lovely Suite!

Lovely stay at the suite! The space was even prettier than the photos! Easy location to get everywhere. Anna was very helpful and we recommend going on her son Lucca's boat. We ended up getting groceries at Rago (they deliver) and our favorite place to grab pizza and pasta was a block away, Lo Zodiaco. Great trip and value. :-)

Magical Apartment!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Luigi’s apartment. Located within walking distance of Marina Grande, but still very private. It was convenient to bring our luggage to and from the Marina. The apartment is beautifully decorated, super clean (thanks in large part to Anna the cleaning lady) and has all the amenities you need. The highlight, however, is the private terrace which offers amazing views of the sea and island (catching a sunset is a must). Luigi was a great host, and him and Anna were very accommodating and responsive. Can’t recommend Luigi’s place enough!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The house manager Anna, is very sweet and attentive. The property host is always accessible at any time of the day. The location is outstanding! The ferry dropped us off at the marina and it was only a 6 minute walk to the suite. The setting is breathtaking. The views are perfect and the flowers will brighten your day every time you walk into the suite. It’s a short taxi ride or bus ride to the piazza. The suite is modern with classic Italian touches. Seriously, ditch the hotel rooms. Stay at this suite for a perfect setting for your holiday in Capri!

Four Nights in Capri

Property was clean and very well maintained. Apartment is five minute walk to the Marina Grande, which was convenient to catch a taxi/bus, but it was too close for the noise from the Marina area until 2am each night. There was some type of carnival that had someone on a loud speaker all night, which after 1am was a little much. Quick access to the stairs to walk up to Capri city center (about 15min walk). We enjoyed the sun deck, and the bottle of wine left by the host. Host was responsive but no help to make reservations or acquire a driver/taxi (which you need for luggage from and to ferry) All in all we had a great stay.

Can’t beat the views or the terrace!

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning! It’s a two minute walk to town to grab coffee or dinner. You can walk to the house from the ferry in only a few minutes even when dragging a wheeled suitcase. Our only issue was finding the house. The house number says 24B which made us think that was a different unit. Luckily the host responded very quickly and told us what to do. I had texted the housekeeper and I don’t think she received any of my messages but that was probably my mistake. But once inside the unit we were right at home. Big bathroom and shower, adorable kitchen, washer and clothes drying rack. We did a couple of loads of laundry so that we only had to pack half as many clothes. Very comfortable bed and the panoramic sea view is breathtaking. This was a great place to stay!

My adult daughter and I just spent the last week in Capri, Italy in a cozy, hilltop VRBO with the most picturesque view of the Marina Grande Port/water/sunset and sunrise! The decor is modern with full size refrigerator/freezer/stove. A pantryl/flat screen TV/rain shower and . . . clothes washer discreetly located on patio. There was ample room for each of us to have our own clothes closet with dresser drawers and hanging space (which included plenty of hangers). There was WI-Fi, but we couldn't figure out how to change the language from Italian to English (but we didn't watch TV anyway). There is a very short uphill walk to the gated brick & stone pathway that leads you to the gated entrance uphill to the beautiful property. The path is lighted and you can control the lighting on the patio entrance where 2 lounge chairs are located. We felt safe and the view was bellissimo!

Un petit studio, parfait! Situé au centre du port, parfaitement sécurisé et sans aucun bruit. Décoré avec un goût certain ! Il n'y a pas une fausse note ! Bravo à la patronne ! J'aimerais que tout nos voyages soient aussi réussis ! Ce petit appartement que je conseille à tous les couples amoureux ! Il y a tout de disponible, la cuisine, L'espace salon, la terrasse donnant face a la mer ! la petite salle de bain manque peut-être une baignoire… Mais vous pour vous donner une idée, cette chambre à prix modéré est largement L'équivalent d'une chambre dans 5 étoiles à 1200 € la nuit ! Très bien placé même par rapport au soleil qui tape de 11 heures à 17h ! Vue partielle du couché de soleil. Des restaurants parfaits à deux minutes à pied sur le port Merci encore pour ce beau séjour !

It was the worst holiday ever! My wife’s birthday was spoiled. We messaged the owner in advance that we are coming at 21:00. When we came, nobody met us, nobody responded our calls and messages. It was late night and we had to stay somewhere, so we booked another hotel. Next day we asked to bring our money back and the owner said that he would not make refund. We did not spend any time at this apartment, but the charged us for all nights. Never book anything from this owner!

Great time in Capri

The booking and communication process with Amelia was so easy, we met Anna to check in who was lovely and the owner of Bar Il Gabbiano was also very friendly and offered us everything we needed! The property was stunning and exactly how it was pictured! It was nice and quiet and we felt really safe with the two different gates at the entrance. The apartment was cleaned daily and we had no problems while staying here we hope to be back and would definitely Suite Dolce Vita to anyone staying in Capri !

Beautiful 5 star Apartment

We loved our stay here in Capri! The apartment was very modern and looks just like the pictures. We loved the cold AC and the beautiful terrace overlooking the harbor. Very quiet location with a quick back entrance from the port that we loved. Having free additional daily house keeping was an added bonus! We hope to come back and visit this apartment!

One week visit to Capri

This was our first time visiting Italy, a request of my partner who is celebrating his 50th birthday. I wanted everything to be exceptional, and Suite Dolce Vita didn’t disappoint! It was perfect space... modern, tasteful, clean, and that view!! Amelia was extremely responsive while making my arrangements and in coordinating our arrival. Anna met us on time and took us to the apartment, which is so conveniently located in Marina Grande... just steps to so many things, and a 5 minute train ride (€2) to the top of the island! Anna was wonderfully helpful, and daily housekeeping was a surprise bonus! Capri has made our list of new favorite places.... not only am I certain we will return to the island, but to Suite Dolce Vita as well!

Great Small Space

We loved staying in this great little apartment. The modern decor made great use of the small space and the view from the patio overlooking the marina was perfect for breakfast or pre-dinner drinks. Although Marina Grande is extremely hectic during the day, it clears out in the evening and provides easy access to anything you would need, and is a great starting point to see the rest of the island.
