Enjoy a margarita from the roof deck which gives you a view of the entire island and the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. New paint, flooring, newly updated/remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture, new kitchen appliances, 5 brand new flat panel smart TVs just waiting for you in this lightly used home owned by caring owners.
