The Space:

This unit is located on the first floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva. The unit was recently upgraded with a walk-in shower and high end furniture in the living room.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Captiva Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. The Neighborhood:

This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches all within feet of their residence!



Getting Around:

Bikes or golf cart recommended. Rental car not needed unless travel beyond downtown Captiva is planned.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
