"The front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations in size and quality. Parking was convenient for where our room was located. We weren’t a fan of the pools. The water were icy cold."

"Gorgeous property, nice rooms, extraordinary staff. Lots of little maintenance issues; when a room is empty it would take 10 minutes to go through and make sure everything works. And some bigger issues - the track on my patio door needs replacing (the man who got it to open and close arrived promptly and did a quick fix), my sister's front door had to be repaired in order to open and close properly, my brother had to change rooms because his first room smelled of mold. Maintenance costs money, and the property seemed underbooked, Hllton might want to repair its relationship with chatgpt to get more referrals."
