Lots of bugs and roaches by the door and windows. Floors were also dirty. We had to sweep the floors ourselves everynight. Towels were not available when requested after 2 days of use. The location would be the reason for the 3 stars. Love that it was near the fwys, accessibility to the Windmill Food Hall and the outlets.

The welcome email advertises a Legoland shuttle, heated pool, restaurant — not true when we got there. And the marketing team enhanced pictures to make it way more beautiful online than in person… But all that said, I liked that we could walk across across the street to shopping and restaurants. The inside seemed updated and pretty clean. Even though the pool was cold, my kids enjoy swimming.

Huge complex! Only negative is that was a LONG WAY from the parking lot to my room. The Front Desk person be sure to point out "Building X" -- couldn't make out the Room Numbers - they could be easter to see, and it was dark by the time I landed on the property. Outside of that, it was great - I'd do it again.

My family enjoyed our time around the hotel. The only thing we couldn't enjoy was the coffee maker because got broken both of them, and the shower was spilling water. Besides that, the employees were above and beyond customer service. We're planning go back again next year.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The room felt modern, fresh, and very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The only downside was noticing a hair left on the shower wall when we arrived, which was not ideal, but everything else was clearly well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved having a balcony with a nice view of the pool. For the price, this place is truly a great bang for your buck. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely stay here again.
