Nice property my mom likes it too. Just one area like the stairs is dusty but over all its quite, nice, area is walkable to everything.

Room 126 had a weird mildew stench that followed us home! The sink water was almost boiling hot and didn’t get cold. The shower was not clean - there was a left over “heart” from the previous guest on the glass shower doors. Construction happened above our unit and to the left. The contractors were stomping up and down the stairs all day! What a way NOT to spend your vacation. The place resembled a motel, not a resort at all. I had no idea this hotel would be recommended on Expedia. I feel so duped and embarrassed I stayed here with my family! Oh I forgot to mention that this room made my daughter cough non stop!!! Do not stay here ever!!!

Photos are deceiving. We arrived after check in and room was still not ready. Staff clearly rushed to clean it and missed so much. Footprints on the bedding, debri and sand all over the floor. Our door did not shut all the way, and you could stick a finger through the seal, and we got a constant smell of pot and cigarettes. Additionally the sink was not working properly and only put out extremely hot water so we had to wash our hands under the shower. couldn’t find another hotel in the area, and we were not going to be in the room much or we would have left all together. I told a staff member about these issues but they didn’t seem to care much. Overpriced for the quality of what you get.

Our stay was nice. There was a lot of construction going on so it wasn’t as relaxed as we anticipated, but the location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive!
