This property was awful. The AC in our room was broken and it was so stuffy in there. I was able to open the window and the screen was ripped open. There was no soap in the bathroom. The front desk did the best to try to help us out, but there was no other rooms available overall a poor experience.

I made a last minute booking and I should have known better. This place overall looks promising when you see pictures, but the reality of the property is sad. We checked in, 4 people, after a long day at Legoland. Looking forward to taking showers but there was only 3 towels and 1 wash clothe. we called and requested more and we were told that they had just ran a load of towels and were waiting for them to dry. WHAT?!?! A hotel without towels?!? So we waited a bit and got nothing so we gave up and fell asleep, but not before we noticed bugs IN the fridge! Crawling around the kitchen and bathroom were roaches. There was also mildew or mold on the walls in the bathroom and tiles in the shower. I realize now that this was an extended stay hotel and most guests are probably used to these conditions. Sadly my kids were totally grossed out. I felt bad but didn’t have very many other options so we just dealt with it but boy did I learn a lesson…always take the time to look at reviews and do my homework on hotels.

I call three days prior to my reservation asked if they had a Tesla or EV charging station onsite & the front desk rep made it clear they had one. Once I arrived there was no station, needed to google for one which is 10mins away. If I was directed or told differently I wouldn’t have booked here. Once I got to the Tesla charging station there was a hotel right in front walking distance looked cleaner. I reserved a non smoking room once I got into the hotel it recked of cigarette I have two children which are asthmatic and this ruined our stay all other rooms where booked so we had no choice but to stay. I called the other hotel since we are not obligated to have stayed there. But they were completely booked, I also requested towels and new bedding Friday night and they didn’t get there until we were ending our stay on Saturday. The couch was dirty and smelly the bed felt wet.

It was so gross, carpet was nasty and wet and damp and it stunk so bad. The smell of mold everywhere. The bed sheets made me itchy. The curtains were torn, the AC did not work!

Terrible experience

We couldn’t stay! The room was terrible dirty full of bugs like spiders, couches, bedbugs and more. Is incredible, that you offer this kind of rooms and hotels.
