Even though it is next to the freeway, the rooms were well-insulated and quiet inside. However, the very whiny air conditioner/heater unit in the wall was noisy, did not really work well to keep the room air circulating. Bathroom needs an upgrade - still has tub, hard to enter and exit. Small sink area. Worst problem was the carpet - I left a pair of blackened socks for the manager to show how dirty the carpet was. Bed was very good, jacuzzi was clean, front desk was very helpful when we had loud neighbors above us.

Swimming pool and hot tub not working Laundry room not working Washer and drier not working Shower not working Room smelled Staff very rude and unprofessional My room key card was not working and front desk staff said there was nothing she could do to open the door. The room smelled like mold. The carpets were very damp The first night. The carpet was very dirty, our socks showed it. The employees def did not want to be working there.
