Can’t beat the location, unit was clean but needed repairs. Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. TV was very marginal. Lighting terrible. Tiny kitchen not really workable, poorly equipped but no room! You do have a fridge, microwave, stove, sink. Drawers broken, cabinets grimy. Broom unusable! Bathroom tiny and no storage/shelving but very clean. Nice shower, but no bathroom fan. The whole building exits to thebeach right in front of your one sliding door/window, all hours, noisy and intrusive. Could not open or close the glass slider myself. Beach equipment went fast and several items were broken. Casago was a 10! Josie was very nice but We’re planning to look elsewhere next time.

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!

This was hands-down the best location I’ve ever had at a beach property! It's situated in the heart of Carlsbad—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, shops, and everything else you could possibly need. I hardly had to use my car during the entire stay!The studio itself was spotless, incredibly clean, and very comfortable. You can tell the owners take great care in making sure guests feel welcome and relaxed. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.I will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to staying here again. Such a gem—thank you for a wonderful stay!

As advertised

Check in was seamless, property was clean and on the water and everything in the village was a short walk. The communication from the property was perfect and accurate. The only issue was the broken rolling blinds covering the slider which was being worked on when we arrived but never got fixed. We had a great relaxing time.

Husband’s birthday beach get away!

We had a tremendous time at this Carlsbad location! Beautiful sunrise skies and gorgeous sunsets right from the patio. Miles of beach to walk. Waves crashing, dolphins swimming we even spotted a few whale spouts! My husband really enjoyed his birthday beach getaway. Thanks for sharing your stunning spot with all of us!

Mother/Daughter Getaway

I took my mother for a quick weekend girls trip to Carlsbad. We both love the beach and you can’t get any closer than this lovely property! It was amazing to have such a beautiful view of the ocean right from the room. The property had everything we could need from kitchen items to linens, and the management was very kind. There are stairs leading down to the room which are a bit steep, but were not a problem for us. We loved how walkable it was too! So many great restaurants and shops just a stones throw away. I will definitely be coming back with my husband :)
