Come and Relax at the Beach!
Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.

We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station.
Upper Floor (2nd floor)
One king size bed and one full size sofa bed.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards.

Great location & amenities

Clean and cozy property with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Carlsbad. Great location just a block off the beach with cafes/restaurants about a block away. Easy walk to train and more restaurants/breweries/ice cream shoppes etc. The beach chairs and umbrella with cart is a great bonus. Will stay here again!

Cozy Carlsbad rental

We had a great stay at this beach apartment! The location couldn’t be better - just a block up from the beach and a very short walk to downtown. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive. I would recommend this location for couples looking for a quick beach getaway.

Wonderful!

This was the perfect relaxing getaway. Super clean and great amenities. We hung out at the beach every day with the beach chairs and umbrella - just a short walk away. Because of its great location to local restaurants, we didn’t even drive our whole stay. Will definitely book again!

Condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The makeup mirror was a nice touch. Nice laundry room. The neighborhood is very nice and felt safe. Location was excellent being only a short half block from the beach and within walking distance to excellent coffee and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

So close to beach and much more!

We were visiting our daughter, a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton and this space was perfect. The host was so gracious and flexible (contrary to the clearly state policy) as our plans had to change due to changing military orders. The suite was clean, comfortable, an easy walk to the beach and much more. We would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfy bed. Fab location!! 2 min walk to beach and town. Really just ideal for a couple. Full kitchen that is appropriately stocked. Nicely kept surrounding propert and pool. Great beach stuff, chairs , umbrella and beach cart. Definitely would stay again without hesitation.

ANA visit

Walking distance from ANA. Clean, quiet and 1 block away from the ocean and tons of people. The only challenge for walking is there is no store nearby other than a 7-11 but that’s the area, not specific to this condo. We would stay again. Thanks!
