Stunning Beach Oasis w/ Hot Tub

Summary:
About a block from the beach, you will find this hidden oasis. A relaxing retreat offering well-appointed decor, a hot tub, sprawling backyard, BBQ, and so much more. Inside, you'll find everything you need to make yourself right at home, including a workstation, high-speed wifi, travel essentials and plenty of beach gear. It sleeps a total of 9 people with 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin mattresses plus a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy delicious kumquats and loquats fresh from the backyard while in season!

The Space:
Inside the main house, there are three bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. And the right bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master and middle bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom between the living room and middle bedroom. The couch in the living room can pull out into a queen size bed. Last, but not least, there is a separate building with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

Guest Access:
Guests may use the two parking spaces directly in front of the house, the entire backyard, and the entire house.

Other Things to Note:
This property is professionally cleaned, landscaped, and treated for pests. The hot tub is cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

There is a 1 bedroom unit attached to the same building as the main house, but with a completely separate entrance and yard, which is rented to a long term tenant.

A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.

Please be advised that there are two cameras on the premises, both of which are located outside. One is near the front door facing the gate. The other is by the guest house facing the hot tub.

*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.
*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.

This place was great for our family. We were able to have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend together and enjoyed the hot tub, beach days, perfect weather and very comfortable accommodations. The outdoor spaces are fabulous and the beds were all reported as comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and spacious enough to fit lots of people in the kitchen while making a Thanksgiving meal. The host was extremely helpful and responsive with all the little questions that come up when you have 8 adults and a baby in unfamiliar places. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. We came from out of town to Carlsbad for a family wedding. The home was a good fit for our family consisting of 6 adults and one infant. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The hot tub was treat at the end of our day. Hunter responded quickly to a question we had and took care to make sure all was well.

We were well pleased as soon as we opened the front door. The home was just as the photos showed, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The property was well kept a good place to just chill out. A block and a half from the beach, not a bad walk at all.Our family of 5 adults, one teen, and one child had a great time. Perfect place in a perfect location.

We came to Carlsbad to help celebrate two grandsons who just graduated and will be leaving for college in the fall. We loved everything cabout our experience. The hot tub was wonderful and great after a day of adventure. Some went golfing some walked the beach and some went skateboarding. The bikes were a bonus and riding along the ocean or to town was amazing. So many options for.eating out, we chose sushi, but also we cooked in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the provided morning coffee. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Nice little beach house

We really enjoyed staying here. It is so close to the beach and is in a cute little residential neighborhood, very safe and quiet. It is an older home, but the furnishings and interior design are very updated and nice. The yard is private and relaxing.

Great hosts, lovely property

Hunter was incredibly accommodating to us and our extended family when all 3 of our households were displaced by the fires. The house worked well for fitting us all, and the property was a nice peaceful safe haven. Several members of our party found the proximity to the ocean incredibly therapeutic during this tough time. Fun times in SoCal

The house is as pictured and was a perfect beach bungalow for a "local" SoCal experience. Hunter was an excellent host and communicator. Her property was dialed with all the thoughtful things you may need or want on your beach trip. 5 minute walk to beach and 5 min drive to many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

A great extended family vacation

The layout of the property was great for our group of six people. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors as well. Close to the beach, downtown Carlsbad and access to the highway for other events. The property was as represented and expected. Dedicated parking was also a benefit. We will return again soon !!!
