We didn’t get our room until 5pm, when check in time was 4. Although,We did get a voucher for the restaurant. Once we were in our room, the room did match the picture. The view was underwhelming for the price we paid. We also found ants on our bed and in the bathroom area. Very disappointing

while the welcome drink was a nice touch, the hotel is located in a lower area with many stairs, which made carrying luggage quite challenging. The loading zone was small, so loading and unloading was inconvenient. Note this hotel does not have elevators so be aware of this when you travel with elderly family members or friends.

Clean room, very nice and comfortable. Such friendly staff too! I am quite content to be here! We have an ocean view, but we arrived at night so I have yet to see what kind of ocean view it is. I’ve been in many ocean-view rooms, I hope this room does not disappoint when I check in the morning.

As I indicated in m y email to Expedia, I was charged for resort fee, county and state fee and taxes when my Expedia purchase clearly stated that "what you see is wht you get". Additionally my room did not have a fireplace as I had paid for. The parking was on an uphill deadend street, the only way out was to bakck up down a hilly street making it hazardous.

Beautiful views, lovely staff. Furniture in our room was dated motel like, view from the balcony made up for it. Bed was good. Kitchenette consisted of Keurig coffeemaker. Housekeeping provided us with wine glasses and few utensils we requested. Bathroom was fine.

We got an ocean view room but was given an ‘Ada’ room lowest on property which wouldn’t even be accessible for wheelchair users. Room is supposedly refurbished: full kitchen but absolutely no closet, drawers, or even mischief space in bathroom for toiletries. 1 night stand so my husband had to put his toiletries along ledge of fireplace & hang his shirt on the tv. The bathroom light went on with any movement in the room all night long. Fireplace pretty tho. We wouldn’t stay here agsin
