Staff wasn’t super helpful - our room smells like raw sewer. And they couldn’t find my reservation when I checked in . There was no record of me booking a room !!! It was terrible

Great staff! Angela was very helpful. Some slight issues were we had to sign an no smoking disclosure, which isn’t because we’re non-smokers. But when we checked into our room, opening the door we were hit with overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Just sitting on the bed long enough to call downstairs and change rooms, had our clothing smelling like smoke. So I don’t understand how this wasn’t caught before new guests arrived. Also another problem that we encountered was the barns doors on bathroom. The gap is too big, and you find yourself stuffing a towel in the gap because you just don’t want your roomies seeing you sit on the toilet. Also the shower head, being positioned overhead. Every guest doesn’t wish to wash their hair with every shower, but you have no choice other than wrapping your hair to make sure it doesn’t get wet. I do feel that there could be a better selection of food for guest who are at the casino late at night, and staff that will come on the floor so you can purchase drinks and not have to leave your slot machine.
