Staff were not helpful or friendly. Room was very cold with not heat. There was no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was just bread and cakes...it was hard to even get a coffee. Sorry, was not a great first experience to Morocco

It was close enough you could wslk to the beach. The hotel should provide fruit for the breakfast buffet.

The staff, the manager, the reception, Waleed, Hamza, Omar and the girls, were great and very friendly. They changed my room a few times as per my request and even provided a bigger room as a compensation. It was safe and lots of shops, restaurants and services are located in the area. Public transportation was also easy.
