Great location, lots of action at the tram station just around the corner. Hotel is nice but dated. That’s not an issue for me, but the shower head in our bathroom was awful. Just needs replaced from years of hard water buildup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great WiFi which is a plus. Casablanca is crazy busy, be prepared for an hour + drive just to get out of the city from the hotels downtown location when you leave.

Nice hotel. Terrible hostess.

5 months prior to my arrival, I've specifically requested top floor with balcony view of Hassan II Mosque. This was well communicated via email. Upon my arrival, the hostess attempted to place me on second floor with no view of Hassan II Mosque, swearing this was the only available room. My frustration began to boil so I argued and asked for my money back. Then she sent me to 6the floor with a balcony and no view at all, claiming again this was my only choice. I went downstairs furious and asked to speak with the management. She kept giving me unpleasant looks and finally admitted there is a room on top floor with Mosque view. She's a liar and disrespected me upon my arrival, instead of giving me a warm welcome as a guest to the hotel. As you can imagine, there was tension in the air each time we spoke thereafter which made me feel uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and rude. I would never go back there again. I waited 5 months for a relaxing vacation just to deal with this situation. Bad experience!
