Studio in the countryside with pool, exceptional view, great for relaxation and trips

The studio has a sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds, one of them, when not in use, folds up and can be placed under the other for more space. It has an equipped kitchen and a table to eat inside. Bathroom with shower. There is also a space for outdoor dining with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. There is a barbecue for outdoor cooking in the beautiful summer evenings.
In the structure there are three other lodgings.
Fattoria Cristina is located in Marciano, a small and quiet hamlet of Castelnuovo Magra, La Spezia. It is thirty minutes from the ferry or train boarding to reach the Cinque Terre, thirty minutes from Versilia, Lerici and Portovenere. Forty minutes from Pisa and Lucca.
Florence and Genoa can be reached in about an hour and a half.
The house is in the middle of the countryside and enjoys an exceptional panoramic view. The Fattoria Cristina is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in the midst of nature, but not far from sites of considerable landscape, historical and cultural interest.
To reach the house it is necessary to have a private car, we are located about halfway from the motorway exits of Sarzana and Carrara (15 km of which 4 km of hilly road).
Restaurants and supermarkets are 6 km away in the town of Castelnuovo Magra and can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car
Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (c. At 5 meters by 10) with solarium, barbecue and some games for adults and children (table football, table tennis, slide and swing). You can use wifi for free. From the house it is possible to leave for hiking in the surrounding countryside.
We personally welcome guests and are available for suggestions regarding local attractions, restaurants, initiatives in the neighboring towns, the best wineries to visit.
The Fattoria Cristina is located in the countryside, here you will rediscover the contact with nature, we have a dog, a cat and a pony and your pets are welcome!
Possibility to provide equipment for small children such as cot, baby bath, changing mat, high chair, etc.
The enchantment of this place is that being five kilometers from the nearest village is completely surrounded by greenery, on a hill with a wonderful view that allows you to enjoy the nature and relaxation necessary in every holiday. The Aurelia is only ten minutes by car and allows you to reach a number of attractions such as the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, the Villages on the neighboring hills, Sarzana, La Versilia, The Alps, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, etc. . in a short time.
It is not possible to reach our hotel by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 5 km away and the train stations of Carrara and Sarzana are 15 km away. The house has free private parking. To reach the property it is necessary to have a private car.
From the house it is possible to leave for excursions on foot or by bicycle (mountain bike, hill trails).

Alles wunderbar

Die Fattoria ist eine sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden oder einfach faul am Pool zu liegen. Unser Appartement, insbesondere die KĂŒche, war super ausgestattet. Auch geschlafen haben wir sehr gut. Giuseppe und seine Frau können genĂŒgend Englisch sprechen, deren Mutter, die mit auf der Fattoria wohnt, sogar deutsch. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir fĂŒhlten uns bei Crisitina, Marta, Giuiseppe und Liliana sehr wohl. Nicht ganz einfach die Fattoria trotz google zu finden, aber nach ein paar Tagen sind die paar Serpentinen Alltag. Wer die Frattoria gefunden hat, darf sich glĂŒcklich schĂ€tzen, denn fĂŒr uns bot sie alles was wir zu einem ruhigen, chilligen Urlaub brauchen: Eine wunderbare Aussicht inklusive SonnenuntergĂ€nge, einen schönen pool und ein gemĂŒtliches Studio. In der Gegend sind ein paar sehr gute Restaurants. Einfach Giuseppe fragen. Alles Gute!

Blissful rest and relaxation

If you're looking for a simple place to stay this place is wonderful. 4km from the main road in amongst the hills of Tuscany. The villa is clean and simple. The owners were very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom very clean and new. We lacked a kettle or large mugs in the kitchen but boiled water in a pan and had brought some plastic cups with us as we are avid tea drinkers but tea is not so readily found here. I am sure had we asked the owners for help here they would have obliged. The pool was clean and refreshing. It would have been good to have some information on the local walks in the room but we managed to work out where to go and walked up and down hills to get to nearby villages. Note many restaurants in the hills don't take cards and Google translate was our friend! The owners dog was a delight even coming for a walk with us on the first day. We are in most evenings cooking simple Tuscan food and enjoying it and wine overlooking the sunset. The owners were very helpful and found us a fan as it was hot at nights. It was a delightful place to stay and incredibly relaxing.

Esperienza bellissima, appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario e anche di piĂč.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a metà settembre. L'appartamento Ú pulito, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. C'era anche del latto, brioches,the, pentole, phon, bagnoschiuma e shampoo,olio,sale,aceto, cosa molto utile cosÏ non si portano anche le piccole cose da casa. Frigorifero, microonde,fornetto e tostapane tutto fornito da loro. L'ospitalità Ú stata al massimo, la piscina fredda(calcolando che era metà settembre) ma io ed altra gente abbiamo comunque fatto il bagno. Possibilità del barbecue esterno. Pace e tranquillità. Due piccolissime pecche: la mancanza del bidet (che noi italiani siamo abituati ad avere) e la strada per arrivarci molto rovinata, piena di buche e a pezzi anche non asfaltata. Per noi ne vale la pena perché Ú immersa nella natura. Ps hanno anche due asini, un pony, dei gattini e un cane.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage!

Wir 1 erwachsener, Kinder von 14, 13 und 8) hatten ein kleines Appartment mit eigener Terrasse. Das Appartment einfach aber sauber und alles nötige da. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr hĂŒbsch und sehr gepflegt, die Pflanzen werden umsorgt und der Pool jeden Tag gereinigt. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick in die Berge. Zur nĂ€chsten einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es 15, zum Strand gute 20 Minuten. Mir hat es aber Spaß gemacht die Kurven zu fahren... Die Vermieter waren freundlich und könnten gute Tipps geben. Wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen!

Wunderbare Unterkunft, familiÀre ruhige AtmosphÀre

FĂŒr zwei Erwachsene mit zwei kleinen Kindern optimal. Kleine KĂŒche, eigener Sitzplatz mit eigenem Grill zur VerfĂŒgung. Im Ferienkomplex ist das Zimmer mit Platz fĂŒr sich gelegen. Der Pool ist sauber, wird jeden Tag von den Besitzern gereinigt. Tischtennis und Tischfussball bieten Spass und Abwechslung. Einzig das WLAN macht meistens einen ĂŒberforderten Eindruck. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben einen SchĂ€ferhund. Ein grosses Plus ist, dass man auch seine eigenen Hunde mitnehmen darf, welche problemlos in der Anlage sich bewegten. Die Anfahrt den Berg hoch ist etwas abenteuerlich, der Weg zum Meer dauert ca. 20 Minuten. Insgesamt sehr schön ruhig und abseits allen Trubels gelegen.

Relax immersi nella natura

Siamo stati solo due notti, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'appartamento nonostante fosse un monolocale, era molto spazioso, piĂč grande di come ci aspettavamo e ben curato. La cucina era molto ben attrezzata. Ottimo il tavolo all'aperto dove poter mangiare in tranquillitĂ . Il giardino era molto ben curato, e grande. Si Ăš proprio immersi nella natura e nella tranquillitĂ , una location a mio avviso molto rilassante. Molto bella anche la piscina, pulita e abbastanza grande e con diverse sdraio a disposizione. L'unica pecca del monolocale Ăš la mancanza di tv, che almeno per me, nelle ore serali dopo una giornata di mare mi sarebbe piaciuto avere. Resta sicuramente un ottima location per un futuro ritorno in Liguria.

Loved it. Super quaint!

This was exactly what we were looking for after a busy week in florence and Rome. Quaint spot with a private pool. We cooked supper the first night on our private patio on a little charcoal grill and then the second night cooked inside our own little kitchen. Absolutely loved it. And the adventure of trekking up the hill on narrow roads made it a perfect little adventure
