Above the estate, Etna in Bianco dominates the sky, while the view from the villa’s terrace offers a breathtaking panorama of the landscape below. The chef’s creations are exceptional, making every meal a memorable experience, with new dishes already being meticulously planned for the summer season. "Great stay at this place. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped. The pool area is nice for a small boutique resort, but the best part was the on site restaurant. Breakfast was amazing with cooked options and a very comprehensive continental selection (sweet and savoury). Please do yourself a favour and visit the restaurant at night as well and go for the five course menu, every dish was very tasty and the dish sizes are generous. Overall, would totally recommend "
