Welcome to your waterfront oasis in the charming Cathlamet community. This stunning, high-end, luxurious 1500 SQFT vacation property offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment. Breathtaking views of the Columbia River, Puget Island and Oregon hills. Nestled directly on the Columbia River cliffside, this house provides a 700 SQFT covered wrap around all weather deck with seating, outdoor (hot water) soaking tub and a variety of games. Bluetooth speakers and heaters for those chilly nights. Imagine starting your day with a cup of coffee with your private eagle's view of the boats passing by or simply relaxing in the private outdoor tub listening to the birds and watching the Eagles. This place offers a front-row seat to the beauty of the Columbia and all the wildlife that comes with it.

Step inside and unveil an exquisite newly built home boasting two bedrooms (3 beds) and two full baths thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. The interior spacious living areas, allows for both relaxation and entertaining. This modern home features a beautiful large kitchen, providing a stylish and well-equipped space for preparing delicious meals. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine, the picturesque landscape is always on display through every window. Be sure to keep an eye out for eagles, porpoises, seals and other fascinating animals as the expansive views offers glimpses into the captivating marine world that surrounds this tranquil retreat.

For indoor entertainment, enjoy the library space with over 150 books, engage in a friendly competition of shuffleboard, gather for board games or go to the spare room for games on the Xbox. We even have a lovely guitar for those who play. It's the perfect space for family and friends to create lasting memories.

Convenience is at your fingertips as you can walk to the nearby Erickson Park, which is only a two-minute stroll. At this park you will find a covered picnic area, a tennis court, basketball hoops, horseshoe pits, playground equipment and nature paths. The charming town is œ mile from the home. The town has a grocery store and many restaurants to choose from. The Elochoman Marina is also located in the heart of Cathlamet with amenities such and a boat launch and dry camping. Enjoy local drinks at River Mile Brewery which is favorite of ours featuring outdoor seating, views of the river, live music and activities each month.

this is a beautiful house with amazing views. we have gorgeous sunset view of the Columbia River. the house has everything you need. there's a designated off the street parking. Deck is wrapped around the house with an outdoor soak tub. the rooms are bright but all rooms have dimmers. Common space (kitchen, living room) is comfortable and has, again, amazing view. Master bedroom has the same view. what I appreciate is the attention to details, ex. labeling of the light switches, the hot water direction in the bathrooms, having coffee, coffee filter, cream, seasoning, etc. while we were out and about during the day, we looked forward to returning for the night. and a thank you to our hosts for responding to our queries quickly!

The View

This location deserves a 6 rating. Important small details fill this home. We stayed eight nights, and each day was wonderful. Hawks and eagles hunting the river each evening, luxurious bathrooms and the kitchen had all the items we needed. The view from the deck was spectacular. I would highly recommend Eagles View.

Experienced Hosts Show Off New Construction

I'm curious to see how this rental is after a few years because right now, it's fantastic and reasonably priced. The owners know what's important to guests with items such as bath salts for two tubs, spices, coffee, unobtrusive notes/instructions, and cleanliness. The home has lovely views and is very quiet with high insulation. There were many special touches clearly the courtesy of an experienced host. If I was forced to nitpick, I would ask for washcloths, more dish towels, and some stemware. I hope future guests treat this home with the respect it deserves so the owners continue to want to rent!was very

Perfect getaway spot for relaxation

The Eagles View Waterfront Retreat is exactly that! It's a perfect spot to relax in front of the beautiful river and unwind. We had everything that we needed. The views from the deck and the master bedroom were stunning and the fireplace was super cozy in the living room. We were impressed with the high quality furnishings and appliances and wished we could take advantage of the soaking tubs. This place has everything you need for a great stay!
