As a whole, we liked the room that we booked. It has a nice bedroom upstairs; however, the description does not explain that the bedroom is upstairs. The description says sleeps four; however, the second bed is a fold down futon. This would not be comfortable for adults. There was also no bedding or pillows for the futon. The couch does not make a bed. When arriving, I swept the downstairs, stairs to the loft, and the loft itself. There was white dog hair on the floor, on the blue futon, the blanket, and all over the dark staircase. There was hair in the shower drain also. We had a private balcony. The furniture outside needs updating due to age. When sitting, we could not see over the rail so you cannot enjoy the view. The kitchen is very nice and has several utensils and kitchen amenities.

Room was exactly like the pictures. Great view of the Gulf. Easy walk to Dock Street and other restaurants in area (although many are still closed from 2024 hurricane). Building could use a little maintenance (paint etc). Check in was easy and friendly, helpful staff. Parking was easy. The bed being in the loft made for a much better stay (except for having to get to restroom after bed time was a trot downstairs); otherwise, added plenty of living area compared to other condos on lower floors. Condo was clean and maintained. Fully stocked kitchen - dishes, pots etc. I would recommend this condo (but only if you're ok with stairs) and stay again. Only real complaint is the porch furniture could be a little updated and AC in bedroom loft didn't work as well as downstairs AC. Also, would not recommend the couch bed for adults (probably fine for a kid). Note for anyone who has not visited Cedar Key, having a golf cart would have made getting around town just a bit easier.
