"Great beach front toom with a beautiful beach view. The place and friendliness of the staff was awesome! Everyone was alway so helpful and always happy, smiling. We love this, they acknowledge you at all times. The room was clean, Housekeeping came daily. Will be coming back!"

"I loved the hotel we stayed at in Mazatlán! Our bus arrived at 10am and they let us check in early, which was such a nice surprise. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We asked for a blanket, and they had it ready for us right away. The next day when we went out, we came back to a little swan made out of towels and even a bow on the toilet paper — it was such a sweet surprise. The hotel felt very secure too. One day, we saw a group of guys trying to hang around the parking area, and security kindly asked them to leave since they didn’t have hotel bracelets. That made us feel even safer. "
