Key issues-inconvenience
It was good. I and some other guests had to get our cards rekeyed as they didn’t work for our next night. We were all at the back door-keys didn’t work and thought it was a security thing, had to walk through the front, got to our rooms-keys didn’t work again. We were all PO’d as we walked though the lobby passing the front desk, got upstairs for them to also not work.

We had an excellent stay. The staff at this hotel was amazing. We had to move to another room because our toilet was clogged and the front desk staff had moved us very quickly.
