The location and amenities were very good, but the overall experience didn't quite reach the 4 or 5-star level I expected. It felt more like a solid 3.5-star stay—comfortable and pleasant, but missing those extra touches that define a luxury resort.

Some of the amenities we paid extra for were not available due to renivations. It was very disappointing and we were not offered any amount of refund. Our check in was not very welcoming either. The staff member seemed robotic, spewing memorized lines with no sincere or welcoming emotion.

There were some dirty clothes left in a small dresser in the closet, but other than that the room was extremely clean. Staff was great. Housekeeping refreshed towels and wash clothes daily. I do wish there was access to a microwave for warming up food. But I appreciate the complimentary cappuccino machine and water coolers on the property.
