Beautiful Belmont - 4 Bedroom House on Large Fully Fenced Lot

Beautiful home in booming Historic Belmont, NC. Just 3 minutes from downtown Belmont with all its charming shops and great restaurants and pubs. This home is perfect for families visiting their students at Belmont Abbey, or coming to the Charlotte area for a wedding or Panthers football game or just taking in the sights and charm in beautiful downtown Belmont, NC.

The open floor plan features the living room, dining area and kitchen as the central location of the home. 3 of the bedrooms including the master bedroom are on the main level and the 4th bedroom is up a flight of stairs. This home also has a large lot with a fully fenced front and back yard.

Belmont Town Center featuring the new Harris Teeter Grocery is just 2 miles away. This home is very conveniently located.....only 15 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport and right in the middle of all the fun on Lake Wylie, A short 25 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 20 minutes to the US National Whitewater Center, 25 minutes to Carowinds and 30 minutes to the South Park and Ballantyne areas.

This is a quiet neighborhood. We are fortunate to have law enforcement officers as neighbors on both sides of our home.

Fantastic home, lots of space, and perfectly located for all the things we wanted to do! The home was so cute, comfortable, and very well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and well-tended to. The rooms (particularly the upstairs) were very spacious, good for kids and large gatherings. The kitchen had all the dishes and appliances we needed to make whatever food we wanted. Our needs were perfectly met, we would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Great getaway

The house is in a wonderful location with a great backyard for kids to play. The house was lovely and beautifully decorated. I use a wheelchair, and there is no accessible entrance to the house, but once inside the first floor was accessible to move around. The width of my chair is not large, so definitely inquire about the width of the doorframes if you use a chair. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Home was perfect for our short weekend trip

Attended the Carolina Panther game and we didn’t want to stay downtown with children so we decided to stay at this home and it met our needs perfectly. Close enough but yet far enough from Charlotte. Very clean home and would stay again!

We loved the area!

We had a great stay in Belmont. This house was just a few minutes away from the venue of the wedding we attended. We checked out the Botanical Gardens just down the road and also downtown Belmont with its great eating places.

House was spacious and the kitchen and living area were lovely . However, the bed situation was a bit funky...master had only a double bed and felt as if was going to break every time moved...all of the other beds were low to the ground.. Also, more hooks are needed in the bath to hang wet towels....

South Point House

I am starting this review by saying we liked the house and location so much we made an inquiry to buy this house. Alas the owner does not want to sell. That I would buy this house should tell you how much we liked the house. The house is as beautiful as the pictures, the yard is great my Lab enjoyed having such a big space to run around in. The back of the yard is not fenced at this time so that is something for dog owners to be aware of. Did not have any issues with my Lab. The property manager Adam did say that fencing the back of the yard is something that will be done. Location is great, easy to get around. Lots of parks and walking trails around. Neighbors are both sides are in law enforcement and are very nice. The property manager, Adam, is fantastic. Quick to reply to us and quick to have issues fixed. During our stay a wind storm knocked down several large branches from the trees in the front yard which resulted in damage to the fence. This damage did compromise the safety of my dog going out in the yard. Adam had a repair person over who repaired the fence quickly. Had a problem with the TV, Adam had his maintenance guy over the next day. Great customer service, beautiful house, great location.

Great house but not fully fenced in.

The house was great for my family. We were excited to be able to bring the dogs but was pretty frustrated when we realized that the property was not fully fenced in as we were expecting. I understand fencing along the back could be hard with the way the property is but a strip along the side of the house so that at least the front was fully fenced in would have been great! If something is done, we would probably stay there again. As is, we will probably look for another property.

Perfect for party of 8

The neighborhood is super nice! Close by to groceries, gas, and restaurants and not far from Charlotte/Huntersville area. The home was spacious enough for our group and furnished beautifully. Plenty of room in the front and back of the house for the kids to run around freely. The beds were a little firm but nothing that would kill me staying there for a few days. I'd stay here again when back in the Charlotte area and I've recommended it to friends. It felt like at home and not being out of place in a hotel/extended stay.

A Wedding Celebration of Family Love

We rented this beautiful home to accommodate my spouse, mother in love, who is 96, and two of my extended family members and their spouses ! Our daughter and son in love’s wedding and reception was at the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art! This rental was the most perfect location! With close proximity to the airport, downtown Charlotte, hotels where other family members and friends were staying
we were able to navigate stress free! The biggest blessing about this rental
this lovely home was a home away from home, with all the amenities you could ask for! It truly provided a safe, comfy environment for our mom who suffers with dementia! A special thanks to property manager, Adam!

Beautiful house, conveniently located!

This house is house goals! Beautiful, spacious and with a large yard. We stayed for a week while we were visiting family in the area (Gastonia, Indian Trail, Waxhaw) and it was so nice to come "home" every day! The house has everything you can think of in regards to the kitchen, and there was plenty of room for us to store food in the pantry.

Absolutely great place! We were in town to visit family and needed a place my 80 year old mother could be comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable, was as advertised. The property manager was very communicative prior to our check in. Fortunately we didn't need anything during our stay as everything was set up for us. Thank you for a wonderful visit.
