Stayed there a couple of weeks ago and there was no hot water. Fast forward to my last stay, and there is still no hot water. I have to imagine if this hotel wasnt independent of Best Westerns parent company, that this major issue wouldve been fixed immediately. I will not be staying here again. I sugeest you dont either.

The hot water starting going out at the hotel on Friday, by Saturday morning there was no hotel available and no one had any information when it would be restored. I tried 3 times to reach the front desk but no one answered the phone until Saturday morning. They offered a discounted rate of $45 for the nights of my stay but I really feel we should’ve been refunded the complete amount of the stay due to the lack of communication and the nonchalant response from the staff. Considering the area where the hotel is located, it’s definitely time for a serious remodel and upgrade.
