Overall cleanliness is a concern here. It just feels very dated and dirty around the edges. Also, they only have a single elevator and it was broken and not even one sign on any floor informing guests. Unacceptable.

There was no water pressure in the shower in my room, it took me 30-40 minutes just to wash my hair. Breakfast had hot food that was cold and was questioned about being a guest when I came from the front door to grab some coffee after I had just went outside to smoke a cigarette. Had a king size bed room and the pillows on the bed were so small, thin, and there was only 3 of them.

I stayed at this hotel in November for a few days. They were out of hot water then and I only stayed because they offered a 50% discount. Front desk was also very friendly! I’m traveling to Charlotte again and before I booked my hotel, something told me to call and ask if they fixed the hot water situation. I was surprised when the front desk told me they still don’t have hot water! It’s going on 3 months! That is extremely unacceptable especially during the winter months. Management needs to do better!
