This place was AMAZING! Savannah at the front desk is the true definition of a professional. We had to change rooms due to a smell and unfinished carpet, she took care of us promptly. Beds are super-comfy and rooms spacious. Plenty of dining options nearby, I went to Moochie’s Tavern (open late on weekends). Breakfast is tasty and offers bacon. Love the coffee machine. I stayed here to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte, this was a great change of pace. Will definitely consider a return in the future!

The gym is terrible. Equipment is broken, what few things are there. Blinds are broken. The hotel room itself smelled bad. Carpet was wet feeling.

The affordability was great for ehat we needed. Good location close to shopping & restaurants. The hotel was pretty clean overall but did smell q bit funny. Didn't ruin the stay at all though. The staff was friendly.

When we arrived, the room was dirty but they moved us to a new room right away. The new room was a headache. The AC kept turning off, the blow dryer didn't work and then the TV gave out. The employees tried to help but we eventually had to just deal with it. Luckily it was only a two night stay.
