So here’s the thing that was depressing: no one has access to any cash for tipping VERY NICE driver. That signals no one is paid enough to be trusted around a hundred dollars. Or the people being hired are potential thieves. Not a great look. Yes there is an ATM but $20s were more than I wanted to tip. Otherwise nice helpful breakfast lady, nice check in at night, pretty decent and clean facility given its price. Coffee always available with real cream was a welcome bonus.

I made 3 calls and waited for an hour for hotel shuttle to arrive at airport pickup. I stayed at room no 117, its curtain was so dirty, and barely close properly. Through out the night, there was sound coming out ..dont know from where..but Never Comfort Suites at Charlotte airport again

Delayed Flight - overnight stay

This was an overnight unexpected stay due to a flight delay. Shuttle driver in the evening was extremely kind, and she showed empathy to us with our delay. Shuttle driver in the morning was kind as well and promptly got us to the airport. Front Desk Reps were very service oriented and so understanding of our situation. The evening rep even gave us toothpaste’s & toothbrush as we had no toiletries with us. It was a frustrating situation for us but the staff understood and provided great customer service. We appreciated everyone!

It was nice and cozy. Needs some updating. But it was clean. Staff was polite and very helpful. Not noisy at all, I was worried a bit. Parking space and shuttle is available. Breakfast was ok, had choices. Overall I am pleased with our choice. Thank you!
