Not the cleanest. Old light made it not so bright in the hallways. And the pull out couch was hilarious, it was stained, old and slanted so you slept on an incline. We only stayed here because price was low.

The staff were very nice. I'm irritated, however, on how past reviews were saying its a lovely hotel. Its not. For the price they are asking, it's old and have badly done repairs. There's too many complaints that i had about our room and the main hotel. They need a total renovation!

Indoor pool should be heated or noted that it is not temperature controlled. My husband and I wanted to swim and the water was at maximum 50 degrees. Also maybe invest in king size pillows for a king bed.

Great location. Lots of shopping and dining options very close by. Really only big complaint was that the indoor pool and room were very very cold! But I would stay here again.

Not a good experiece

Reservations went well. Staff were pleasant. The room had the usual wear and tear. Was very clean. Room on 5th floor had musty smell like it had not been used in a while. A bit of Lysol and the ac on high circulating fresh air took care of that. I woke about 0830 and the power was out. Couldnt see your hand in front of your face in bathroom so no shower. Elevator did not work. I had both back and hip surgery in the last 6 months. I had a lot of luggage and brunch plans with friends i had not seen for years. So here i go down 5 flights of stairs with 4 pieces of luggge. By the time i got out of there my back was killing me and I swore I would never stay at another one. WHY do you not have a generator, if for nothing else but the elevator? Do you have any sort of disaster plan in place? What would have happened if i had been wheelchair bound like i was this fall. Might i add, the last 3 flights of stairs going down the emergency stairs were PITCH BLACK! Never again. Had the staff not been so pleasant, it would have been 1 star! My next trip will be Holiday Inn Express!
