Did not use shuttle. Being a diabetic, breakfast choices were limited. One of Queen beds very noisey when someone sat or laid in it.

The staff was wonderful and always very helpful. The property was clean and quiet. Beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast was not satisfying. Hardly anything to choose from.

Hotel is older and shows lots of wear. Sad there was No breakfast. I chose this hotel because of that option and close to airport. Smoke Odor in room.

Bed was way too high, but comfortable

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean, however, the bed was way too high! it was almost the same level as the dresser that the television was on. It was hard to get into, but once in, was very comfortable. I was told that the room we had was one of the rooms with the "newer" bed, but it was hard to get into. Breakfast was not that hot, even though we came down a little after 7am

Got the it was nice space for what my family needed but only (1) garbage can, no blankets or pillows for pullout thought it was requested, then they asked me what I need and STILL never gave it

I sent clients to this hotel for a night. They would not let us pay the deposit over the phone so would not let our employees stay. They did not have any money to pay for it. Country Inn then would not give them a ride back to the airport because they did not stay. They ended up walking 45 min back to the airport and then kept our money we paid for the room. Is this how you treat people? Terrible
