The hotel was definitely nice and comfortable. The people at the service desk had an attitude that made me lower the rating. Well it was the older lady when I checked out. The you g lady with the long nails was very sweet.

Nice clean room! Great customer service. I would suggest that the airport shuttle not park in the lane where guests pull up in front of the hotel. They were parked there the entire time we were at the property, and couldn’t use this lane when arriving with luggage or when checking out.

It’s connected to the residence inn but has a separate entrance. Check in was easy. I had a corner room and there were groups coming back from a party in the area (didn’t hear noise or the neighboring rooms at all!). Hotel was clean and staff was great. Definitely will be my go to hotel for when I’m in the area.

Very clean, comfortable stay

I’ve had some disappointing experiences elsewhere recently, even with very new hotels. Just poorly painted, dirty corners, obvious lack of care and attention detail and corner cutting. I was really pleased how clean and fresh my room felt here, especially being so near an airport. I didn’t interact much with the rest of the building but the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast area was clean and the food was tasty. Elevators and halls were also very clean and nice. I come through Charlotte yearly and would definitely stay here again.
