The air in our room was not working. The fan was not even working. Since the hotel was fully booked there was no way to switch rooms. This is a relatively new building. The outside temps are in the 90's and the room is in the mix to high 70's regardless of what you set the temperature on. Just the fan working would have been nice. So disappointing especially for the room rate I had to pay.

At first it was hard to find the lobby (2nd floor) but once I did, I enjoyed the stay. The hotel wa a clean and new and well maintained. Great location across the street from the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Would stay again.

I liked the entire experience at such a nice place to stay as this. The only thing I really didn't like were the pillows...way too flat & soft for my neck issues.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and in a good area (felt very safe). It’s close enough to college and tryon street that it’s a quick walk to those places so we didn’t feel the need for a car. The breakfast was very good and had a large spread of food. When we arrived to the hotel we were able check in early around 11:30 since a room was ready for us. I cleaned all of the surfaces (as I do everywhere) upon arrival and when we went to use the freezer, noticed that there was an unopened bag of pizza rolls in there. It made me question how thoroughly they cleaned everything but overall it was a very good stay and a large hotel room for a reasonable price!
