The room and bathroom were really clean. Parking was a bit of a pain however the staff was just so nice and welcoming made sure the parking was clear and taken care of even when the assigned decks filled up. Great service is rare these days sadly so I really love to go places where I know I will be treated well and this is definitely on my list now . We've. When we woke up and had different staff they were friendly as well.

Hotel was AMAZING and exactly what I needed. I had to watch and cover the UNC-Wake Forest football game, but also was in town for Hornets-Thunder. This hotel was close to everything within walking distance, including the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street. Front desk was amazing and quick. Beds were super comfy. Getting to watch Netflix was a plus! I typically stay outside of Uptown to save money, but it helps to pay a little extra for convenience on occasion. Home2 Suites fits that perfectly.
