I really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and had plenty space. It was cold upon entry, which I loved. The location was perfect. We were able to get everywhere we visited within 30 min. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Overall we were pleased. The pull out bed is THIN, and noisy and there is only a thin blanket for it and one extra pillow. We could have asked for more, but we were so tired when we got in it just didn't matter in that moment. The hotel was run down for a lack of a better word. The elevators did not work (sometimes one would work), but it was a bit scary sometimes starting to move before the doors were closed, the breakfast was not very good, and things just seemed broken. The room was pretty spacious (except the bathroom) and it was super nice to have a kitchenette and a working fridge. Everything was clean and the staff was super accommodating and nice. We did request a late checkout and they were amazing for giving us that, however, one person at check out told my sister that we was about to charge us for another night even though (from my understanding) we were out by the time I was told on the phone when I requested the late check out. He was nice about it, but two different people told us different things. There is a starbucks across the street, and things are pretty close by; however, I went out to my car at one point and felt uneasy at some of the people in the parking lot. They kept watching me while I was grabbing some stuff from the car. Overall, it was a bed and the team was nice. I hated the elevators not working, but they are machines, and I felt that the price of what I paid was fair.

The overall stay was ok with the exception of plumbing issues in 1. original room bathroom sink pipe disconnected water spillage in room. 2. The second room leakages from refrigerator puddled to bathroom entrance path my middle of the night to bathroom could have had disastrous results for a 70 year old. My check out person just replied oh ok……
