The ac was very loud. No toiletries were in the room. There was no water station. The scrambled eggs were not kept in a warmer, so they were cold. The bananas were rotten.

When I arrived, I was told that the original room that I booked was not available by the front desk. She was very rude. She tried to give a double queen room but it wouldn’t have been big enough for my husband and I. He’s 6’7 375 lbs….the gave me a handicap room which was very outdated. The room that i originally booked was more modern. The blanket was very dirty, I’ve never experienced something so dirty in my life.

The room was very welcoming with all the amenities of home. The only complaint I have is the toilet is to close to the door which would cause me to step in the shower or on the side of the toilet to close the door.
