I loved the concept of a home away from home. All the conveniences of being at home while away. Everything was cleaned and stay was well stocked for all needs. Only thing missing was a keurig. lol. Seriously this will be my go to place for Charlotte from now on.

Having stayed at a different Kasa property I can say that the experience was the same but with free parking lol I would easily stay at either of the Kasa properties without a second thought.

Shady company. Gave us a smaller room than what we paid for. Falsely advertise rooms. The room we got a “studio” is not even shown on the website. Asked for a refund and refused to even tho we booked 4 nights and stayed for 1. Extreme noise from surrounding and above units. Broken bed frame. We booked through Expedia and management lied to them and made up a false maintenance issue for the reason we left early. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!! Willingly take people’s money knowing they’re screwing then over and then lie about. When we requested a phone call we never got one. Shady shady place

I had a wonderful stay at this property. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe I felt throughout my time there, especially knowing that they have 24/7 police protection. The environment was comfortable, secure, and well maintained, which really gave me peace of mind. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to stay.

The property was clean and reminiscent of a home, however I would never recommend or stay here again. The check in process was unnecessarily complicated because of automation and we were harassed by emails due to noise sensors going off due to no fault of our own. We were long gone from the property and we received quite a few emails threatening removal if the noise didn't stop. Come to find out, there were fire alarms that went off, not in our room, that triggered the sensors. Ultimately, it was an unexpected and unnecessarily inconvenience to our trip.
Not to mention there was mold in the coffee maker, keeping us from being able to make coffee at our leisure.
