Condo has three bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), two full baths, full kitchen, washer & dryer, TVs in living room and all bedrooms, Wireless Internet. Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Fantastic stay overall! Beds were comfy, washer/dryer setup made things easier, and the place was clean and comfortable. Had some issues with door lock , potentially updated or replaced recently and instructions didn't match (or user error).Water pressure in second bathroom was average.

Mini honey moon

We love Folly beach, and we visit at least twice in the summer if not more. This condo was as advertised. Perfect location from the beach and a short walk to town and market. It had beach chairs, boogie boars and an umbrella that we used. Honestly if there is one thing i can comment on it would be that the bed was uncomfortable could use a new mattress or a topper. We would stay there again.

Beautiful view!

Clean and spacious! We had many great conversations out on the patio overlooking the lake and walks on the boardwalk. We also enjoyed being so close to Port City so we could walk to and from dinner. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekday getaway with grand child.

The property was nicely apportioned. TVs small and required multiple controllers, the twin room tv didn’t work. Handle fell off master closet door. Property showing age but still fairly nice. Could use electronics update and some minor repairs, but it’s in a nice area and quiet.

Great Condo

We feel fortunate to have found this Condo. Katie the host was very communicative and quick to respond to any question. The Condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean, has a nice well stocked kitchen and has a view of the lake that can’t be beat. The beds are comfortable and the location is good as well. There is a nice pool on site and a great restaurant steps away from our unit. I would for sure stay there again.

We loved this beautiful home and location. The back patio was our favorite way to start and end our day. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, the view of Lake Norman is gorgeous!! Plenty of room for our family and so many activities in the area. Amazing vacation!!
