Welcome to Crystal Oasis, your private Lake Norman retreat! Relax by the pool, enjoy stunning lake views from the deck and master suite, or head out from your own boat dock. Our newly added heated/cooled gameroom offers year-round fun with games, seating, and a TV. With fast WiFi, Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and bright, spacious interiors, this home is perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, or trips with friends—all just minutes from dining, shopping, and lake adventures.

Pool is open from May to end of September ONLY. Heated water in May & Sept; during June-August the temperature will be based on the climate and not heat activated.
** "Heated Pool" generally means 75-80 degrees, it does not mean it's a hot tub
*** Lake levels vary drastically at this home. Water may be low in Sept - April.
***As of Oct 4th 2025, the lake level is extremely low

Our newly updated house is as comfy as they come! It has lake-facing windows throughout to allow plenty of natural light and views of the highly desired lake. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, open living space, and a kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, crock pot, and microwave. Wi-fi powered with 100mb+ and Smart TVs in every bedroom to allow for streaming of all your favorite movies or series.

It immediately feels like home, with comfy couches, beautiful decor, and plenty of natural light. Come here to unwind with a book, take a quick nap, battle it out with some board games, or log in to your streaming accounts and relax.

★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
This fully equipped kitchen with its dining area is perfect for serving up your delicious meals if you choose to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal. Fully stocked with all your essentials, including pots & pans.

★ BATHROOMS ★
To provide you with the most carefree stay imaginable, the home provides you with 2 full and 1 half bathroom. Stocked with premium towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for maximum comfort and convenience.

★ OUTDOOR AREA ★
You have one of the flattest yards on Lake Norman! The massive newly installed deck boasts several comfortable seating and dining areas while providing a view of the private cove and pool. Whether you're looking to swim in the lake or your pool, this location fits your needs. We also offer pontoons and jetskis for rent, delivered to your dock but can't guarantee lake levels!

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

[DISCLAIMERS]
- Pool heat is monitored, do not raise above 82 degrees. Pool NOT manually heated in Summer/Winter.
- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee of $125. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
