This spacious suite offers privacy and comfort while still giving you access to everything that makes Lake Norman special. With its own private entrance, guests can come and go freely while enjoying a quiet, relaxing stay.

The suite features:
• A private bedroom and full bathroom
• A separate sitting/dining area with table and chairs
• Hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout
• Direct access to the lakefront property

Set on a premier point lot, the property offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over Lake Norman—the kind that keep guests coming back year after year.

Enjoy full access to outdoor amenities, including:
• Dock with panoramic lake views
• 7-person hot tub overlooking the water
• Paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks, and floats (located in the boathouse)

Please note: the boathouse is a separate structure and is not the suite.

The property was absolutely perfect! The view of Lake Norman right outside our picture window was spectacular, and what a joy to wake up to each morning! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the property is in a quiet area at the end of a peninsula, but close enough to restaurants and stores, just a short drive away. My wife and I were also taken with the golden retrievers that we met on the last day of our stay; such friendly dogs, we just loved them. We would definitely stay here again!

One can't go wrong here....The first day's fun activities we drifted off to sleep in serenity, and awakened to a huge lake group from the weekend Jet-Ski Club making their way excitingly across the entire lake -- was terrific to take in.Sparkling clean premises, both indoors with the large comfortable bed & the entire outdoor property with the breathtaking views of the water. Shower was terrific with everything needed to clean/relax into the p.m., where the ample wood for the adirondack-circle firepit beckoned our presence to cap-off the night. Dawn & Steve were quite accommodating and as it turned out to be available, we were so comfortable then turned a scheduled one day's stay into multiple nights!

Quiet and Serene

The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again.

Sister’s day getaway

My sister and I spent two days at this property and could not have enjoyed it more. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family or anyone I know traveling to the Mooresville area. The host was extremely gracious, the accommodations were top-notch and it was the perfect place to relax and revive.
