Located in the hills above Nice, in a secure gated community, this beautiful villa offers an amazing sea view. 4-5 bedrooms. HD home theater, Garden, private pool and spa, Terraces. Near from the center of Nice, 5 km away from the sea. You go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the pool and the spa, overlooking the sea.
