The suite appliances were not working properly, had to switch room. Then the bedroom TV didn't have the power cord to the TV, we had a party of 3, they gave us 2 towels and was hesitating in giving us a 3rd. The breakfast was horrific... Not a good exeperince.

Finding Sonesta was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We were pleasantly surprised with our find. The only thing that disturbed us was the very loud noise coming from the furnace located in our room which made us have a very uncomfortable night. This must be the one that feeds the whole place. The rest of the things were very wonderful and, the place was very clean with very wonderful girls at the reception. We would definitely come again. We highly recommend it 👍

I enjoyed because I had already paid online lol.

The more flamboyant front desk agent was the rudest, I called to see if there was an ATM machine he said “no” when I was about to ask can you take cash for deposit he hung up on me. Went to my bank that was 15 mins away just to find out I couldn’t pay with cash. What and unconvinced if 30 mins I didn’t need to do after driving 1 hr 30 mins to get there. Next day switched rooms asked for the same room. The first room I had was great the second room wasn not so great. J was also told that you guys don’t do complimentary upgrades

Let me just start off saying the clerk was very rude and not nice. I drove 4 hours and got to the hotel around 3:20 check in is at 4. I was trying to call before I got close but no one was answering the phone. I walked into the hotel like I said the clerk was not nice at all she didn’t greet me or nothing so I asked her can I check in early so was like no you have to wait until 4 mind you it’s was around 3:20 so never gave me a reason why I couldn’t check in early. I ended up finding another hotel because the lobby area was not clean.

Well we didnt have a great experience because the neighbor was loud and the walls were thin. Also they kept the hallways extremely cold dont know what that was about. And lastly the water heater must have been messed up. We would get warm water for a minute then cold.

The breakfast was subpar, I wouldnt consider it a breakfast at all. I found multiple bugs in the hotel room. Walks were horribly painted/repaired to cover holes. Bathtub plug was broken, someone’s shirt was left in the safe. Genuinely a disgusting experience never again.

Nice place

The bed is amazing. I like how I am able to cook my dinner every night instead of eating out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone, it’s a great stay.

Love the fact that the room was accommodating for my family and I. I love space and we receive just that. Just be carefully while booking because I didn't see that I had to pay a additional 150 deposit fee as soon as I got the to hotel. Overall it was 10 out 10

When you train your employees, you should train them not to give out rooms that are already taken. They did this twice to me last night. Both rooms I went to have people in them. It was horrifying! I would like a refund.

I took a shower and saw a roach coming down the wall. I killed it thinking that was strange or maybe it wasn't a roach. When I woke up and went into the kitchen area, there were three roaches on the counter crawling everywhere!!!!! I gathered my things and checked out. I told the front desk and the lady (there was a man there too) did not seem concerned, told me she would tell housekeeping and because I booked through a third party, she could not offer a refund and told me to contact Expedia. This was a bad experience. I have never paid for a room to share it with roaches.
