Do not bother the leasing office as they are not there to field questions from our guests. All questions should be directed to the host.

Air conditioning broke

It was 80 degrees all night, property manager responded every few hours but didn’t fix anything. They sent a maintenance man the next day who put a mobile unit that just blew hot air, was still 80 degrees all night the second night. Horrible experience that could have been great. Please refund.

Great Location

Loved the location right between Uptown and South End near the Y. We were able to walk everywhere. The place was nice size for 2 people with nice amenities.

Not only was my stay very relaxing and the space clean, the most important thing about my stay is how detailed & organized the owner is throughout the entire process. It made me feel comfortable & safe. I will definitely stay again!!!!!

Great Property

Overall this was a great property in a great location. There was wonderful communication and detailed information. My only complaint was the dirty bed linen and bathroom
it was a one night stay and we didn’t notice it until we got back from our evening out at 10:30-11. I didn’t want to disturb the owner so we just dealt with it for one night. I let them know the next day so hopefully it will be fixed in the future.
