The breakfast is bagels, cold cereal and hard boiled eggs. Beds are comfortable though.... I would suggest front desk clerk Catherine, AKA Catie, take some customer service lessons to remind her that her job is that of a customer service clerk.

Stay was for three nights. Did not clean my room upon the first night nor give fresh towels although it was requested. Was told if I needed fresh towels I would need to come get them. The hallways were extremely hot… no AC in the hallways although the AC in the room was working.
