This fully renovated home is located in a very quiet neighborhood with quick access to Uptown Charlotte, South End and CLT Airport. Great for short vacations, and has consistently been rented to travel nurses, long-term stays, and internships the past couple of years.

The home is close to many restaurants, stores and city parks. Easy access to city transit and Uber/Lyft, averages less than $10-$15 to any of the major locations near Uptown and South End.

The home has been updated throughout with new modern furnishings and décor, flowing openly throughout with updated kitchen and bathroom. The bright and spacious home has hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms and a large sectional couch for a relaxing living space. The beautiful home is fully furnished and a perfect location for ones traveling for business or pleasure!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials. The living area has a very cozy sectional in front of a mounted smart TV and Roku equipped with access to all of the popular streaming services. Featuring access include (but not limited to) to your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, HBO and other streaming services (account access required by renter). During your stay, your privacy is important to me and I am more than happy to give you your space, as well as, answer any questions.
