Waddell Water's spacious sleeping quarters are a dream come true:
* A luxurious master king ensuite on the main floor with both shower and tub, TV, separate deck entrance, and lake views.
* Two additional king beds with their own private ensuite bathroom with luxurious amenities similar to the primary, and a TV for relaxation - one boasting a picturesque view of the lake.

Extra sleeping arrangements include:
* Bunk room: Four extra-long twin bunk beds (8 beds total) with access to the hallway bathroom.
* Two twin day beds in the living area can also serve as additional seating.

Guest access

Your stay at Waddell Waters is complemented by full access to:
* A fully stocked kitchen on the main level with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. On the lower level, you will find a second fully-sized kitchen.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is NOT accessible for renters. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Waddell Waters is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options in the Mooresville area, 20 minutes from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Also enjoy nearby golf, hiking, NASCAR races, whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America!

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
