The property seemed to be brand new. Upon checkin, we noticed over 10 baby roaches coming out of the light and radio. Of course we were given another room but that is beyond unacceptable. The entire building needs to be fumigated. Not a pleasant experience.

Floors were sticky. Beds were not clean. No table lamps. Fridge was stinky and not clean. Do not recommend this. It looks good from outside but when you get inside the room it’s not good

Crappy hotel with bed bugs

This hotel was horrible. The other patrons were loud, the rooms were garbage and we decided to leave a day early because my daughter came down with bed bugs and neither the hotel or this site would give us the cancelled day back to us in a refund.

Very dissatisfied

My staff at wood springs was not what I expected. The first room that they put me in had a roach in the bathroom and hair in the bathtub. The second room didn't have working cable. The third room had broken glass all over the desk in the room. Finally, the room was decent enough for me to get some rest after a long day of traveling

WHEN I WALKED IN MY ROOM I LOOKED AROUND. THE ROOM WAS NICE,CLEAN AND SPACIOUS! WHEN I WENT TO BED I SAW ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND! OTHER THAN THAT THE ROOM WAS GOOD!

I’d say overall it’s a place to stay.. the bathroom has black mold in multiple places. There was splattered stains on the bathroom walls, not sure what it was. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have children due to the black mold. The bed was the only clean thing about it, but they only gave us two very flat and worn pillows.
