The staff was courteous & the room was clean. The air conditioning systems was a bit noisy and there was no convenient way of adjusting the temperature in the room.

The place was not organized when I got there. There was nothing in my room like pot, pans for cooking. No hairdryer, coffee maker those kinds of things and when I requested for it I was told they were not available, unless I purchase it it which I didn't mind but still when it was time to purchase I was told they wasn't available. order Residents were using them and I feel very disappointed because with a place like that they should have a lot available because people were paying extra money to use it, so it should be available at all times. Some of us travel with family, so it was not an excuse to not being able to have access even when you are spending money to use them to make some breakfast .

The room was neglected after notifying the staff. The room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. This hotel is filled with people who stay for extended periods of time, so the staff treat people as such
