Other than being rudely awakened by a fire alarm at 12:45 a.m., all was lovely. The next morning when we ascertained the cause of the minor fire, I think the persons responsible should have been fined and made to pay 10 percent of each guest’s bill to compensate for such a rude awakening in the middle of the night disrupting the sleep for many of us.

Room was not ready until an hour after check in! We waited all day to check in then had to continue waiting as the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t just our room either, they were turning away others as well. For the price we paid for 1 night, this was not a great start!

Our fourth or fifth stay and it never disappoints. Beautifully appointed, well maintained, spacious and comfortable rooms. Wonderful service, excellent buffet breakfast! Walking distance to restaurants and Olde Charlottetown. My go-to hotel when in PEI. Highly recommend it.

It’s one of several nights we spend in PEI. Very nice super clean old town charm. Close to everything. Super helpful and friendly staff. The room is classy, spacious and have all things we need. The breakfast is very good. Will definitely be back.

A very lovely hotel. No lounge service but beautiful courtyard. Breakfast was hot and there was a good variety of hot homemade dishes. Windows opened to the cool breeze of the ocean and ceiling were tall and bed was luxurious along with the towels.

Beautiful historical building. The rooms were renovated nicely, our two bedroom was very spacious with a great kitchen. Location was great and walkable to the water, Victoria row and restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included and had a lot of options.
