We had a great stay. The place was super cute, comfortable and convenient to so many great things downtown Chattanooga has to offer. My mom, my daughter and I were here to see Mamma Mia at The Tivoli Theater which we could see from our room. So close and convenient. We walked to Old Gilman Grill for dinner. Easy to walk to and such great food. Lizzette was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She was so helpful. This place had everything we needed and a few things we didnât expect like snacks and water for us when we arrived. The check in process was very easy. I will add that the code to enter the room did not work until exactly the 3pm check in. Unless you communicate youâll be there a little early the code wonât work until then. I love the safety of the building. You enter a code to get into the lobby, a code to enter your floor when coming in from the stairs and a code to enter your room. Make sure to read all of the information about the property. There is plenty of parking, around the place, but it isnât free. Itâs very inexpensive so not that big of a deal. The elevator is being renovated until the end of April so you will use stairs to get to your room. This place was great and I would definitely stay here again!
