The bathroom had a crack in the tub that was spackled over so no baths even if you have kids. The chair given to us had chicks taken out of the arms. And a few other issues with quality. Other than that, the staff was nice, they allow dogs which is good, and the breakfast was perfect for a free buffet.. ...

1st, no luggage trolleys available. Room had musty smell, very little water pressure in faucet and shower, a couple walked into our room that had been given same room #/key card That’s enough for us to never use Holiday Inn Express again
