Missing items on menu. Small portions. Check in online was awful, our seats were all over the place with kids. But service on place was great.

Though I paid for checked luggage on my flight to destination and so did others at the airport only to find out that it was for the return trip. There was no indication that we were paying for the return flight.

Found boarding a bit hectic and disappointed there was no complimentary soft or hot drinks or a snack .. food sold on flight expensive . Attempted to purchase a snack at the airport but it was crazy . Otherwise flight was great staff professional
